2. Carbohydrate-rich foods like bread, rice, pasta and potatoes actually make the brain blunt in the long run. Foods that are high in cholesterol can clog arteries and as a result reduce oxygen supply to the brain. Too many free radicals and fat in the foods that are consumed will affect brain function adversely. Addictions, yeast overgrowth and food allergies too are things that hamper brain growth and brain function. As you can see, there are lots of things about brain nutrition you need to learn.

3. There are many foods which are good for the brain. They help in keeping your brain focused through out the day.

c) Siberian Ginseng: This is an herb that is renowned for its ability to nourish the adrenal and pituitary glands. Studies have shown that it helps improve accuracy in performing tasks.

d) Green Tea: Drinking green tea everyday keeps the brain alert, something that is extremely important for everyone.
